Get use to drinking water and drink it cold. A lot of research shows that diet sodas may not contain calories but they do seem to cause people to eat more which defeats the purpose of drinking diet colas in the first place.
Also, drink your water cold. Your body temperature is 98.6° . If you drink water cold, your body has to expend energy to heat it up to your body temperature. It doesn’t use many calories but over the course of a year it all adds up.
