OMG! Here we go again. It's January, so it is customary for me and everyone I know to go on a diet. This is not new for me. I have become somewhat of an expert at losing weight. Unfortunately, I have also become an expert at gaining it back. This time, however, I am determined to lose the weight and keep it off.
First, let me offer up a disclaimer of some sort. I am not a nutritionist nor am I a dietician. What am I is a 51 year-old white female that has ballooned up to 221 pounds. Fortunately for me I am not alone. It seems a lot of my friends and family are in the same situation. For the last few days, I have been sending out daily emails and text messages with my dieting tips in them. I have come to the conclusion that the simplest way to get to the information to the people who really want it without bothering those who don’t is to create a blog. So here I am.
Over the next few days, weeks and even months, I will be sharing my thoughts and advice about losing weight. So sign up to follow the blog and add it to your favorites. Give the blog url to your friends if you’d like.
